Flowing in wonderland

On January 4th, 2026, Sweden’s very first Dog Gala took place. An evening filled with warmth, joy, and four-legged heroes. Hundstallet and MyDog joined forces to create a charity gala celebrating dogs’ bravery, loyalty, and zest for life while aslo honoring the people who love them unconditionally. The night featured everything from dog dancing and dog theatre to an emotional award ceremony where winners, voted for by the public, were celebrated in front of cheering guests. The gala raised over one million SEK for homeless dogs, and the success was so remarkable that Sweden’s national broadcaster, SVT, has already expressed interest in turning next year’s edition into a televised event.
